If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact Service@peptideai.mom within seven (7) days of delivery. Once verified, Peptide Mom will send a replacement for the affected item(s) at no cost.
Paid orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same business day. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country. If a package is refused, confiscated, or destroyed by customs, no refund or replacement will be issued.
